Edward Jones

This Edward Jones campaign was done by Brady Cotton (AD) and Nobuhisa Tanimoto (CW) of Brainco. Thoughts on the outdoor campaign?

I think it's a simple, solid idea for an investment company. Why do the zero's look funny? Ha. Jk.

It took me a long time to get it, and I still don't get "Calypso Island". Is that just a roundabout way to say that if you invest with EJ you'll have enough money to buy an island? Same with "Chicago Cubs". I just wish it wasn't so much of a stretch for me.

The execution's pretty, though. Check, please!

I like these. Smart and simple. I kind of wish the executions were different 3 times, but that's nit-picking. Great to this kind of work in your book too.

I don't know what calypso island is but even with the cubs, I still don't get it.

I understand long term investments and the first one pretty much nails it. Other than that it is reaching. Plus I dont know if this works for billboards you have like a half a second to draw attention and these might do better as print.

I think they're great.

Maybe replace the Calypso Island, but I think it's a great piece for your book.

Keep it outdoor too.

Word.

This is your teacher. I told you dudes to change Cubs and Calypso Island. Now do it!

Spending money on the Cubs shows that you are a horrible investor.
